PhD Student Arthi Chinna Meyyappan will spend an exciting semester abroad in Cork, Ireland as a visiting student at University College Cork under the supervision of Dr. John Cryan, as part of her PhD research.
Arthi is working with Dr. John Cryan and his research team on investigating the prebiotic effects of polyphenols, a common compound in coffee, on the gut microbiome and further effects on stress resilience and cognitive performance.
